LEONARDO was presented with the “Brand of the Century” award at an official gala in Berlin. The family-run company is now one of Germany’s leading brands in Germany.
The current issue of Florian Langenscheidt’s compendium of brands published every three years presents the German brands from different product segments that are rated to be strongest. As a result, LEONARDO now belongs to an exclusive group of 250 German brands who have been listed in the compendium. “Brands of the Century” include global corporations such as Adidas, BMW, Lufthansa, Leica, Miele, Nivea, Persil or Siemens as well as several SMEs.
“We consider this award to be a great honour for our company,” says Oliver Kleine. “LEONARDO is more than just one single product today; it’s more like the philosophy of modern life with glass. The accolade as “Brand of the Century” shows us that the path we have been pursuing for 150 years, now in the fifth generation, is just the right one.”
